Let no man decieve himself. If an man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him becone a fool, that he may be wise. Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching is in vain, and your faith is also vain. And if Christ be not raised, your is vain; ye are yet in your sins. But God raised him from the dead. Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more, death hath no more dominion over him.

But if the spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ not raised. But som man will say, How are the dead raise up? and with what body do they come? So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption. It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.

There is a natural body, and there is a spirit is a spiritual body. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel: Therefore, my beloved brethern, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the rudients of the world, and not after Christ.
