"The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death." "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.""Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death.""Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life."

"For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:""Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.""For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.""For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.""For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.""But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:"

"And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.""But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.""Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?""But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:""Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not." "For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:""For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.""But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?""So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:""In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."
